Our APPROACH

Our comprehensive, integrated approach headed by project managers and specialized team members makes e-Arabization unique in the translation and localization industry.

Below is a general breakdown of the approach taken to most translation and localization projects. However, depending on the services requested—such as subtitling  or transcription—the process will vary.

STEP 1: TRANSLATE AND LOCALIZE

After receiving our client’s source file, our team analyzes the file to determine the best strategy and tools to be used for localization. Based on the needs of the project, a project manager and translation team with appropriate speciality is assigned. Project costs are then calculated.

We don’t just translate words; we localize your ideas.”

Working together with the allocated QA team, our project manager and translators develop a glossary based on the most frequently used terms and merge it within translation memory and terminology database prior to beginning the translating process.

After initial translations are carried out, the localization process is implemented by an integrated team of translators, localization specialists, graphic designers, and desktop publishing (DTP) software engineers. We work closely with our clients to meet their graphic and DTP requirements.

STEP 2: EDIT & QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) CHECK

Our QA specialists and editors monitor and correct a range of issues, from technical to linguistic. Technical issues include localized formats, website layouts, and any software or website bugs. Linguistic QA checks are carried by the translation team.

STEP 3: COPYWRITING

The copywriting stage is carried out by native Arabic and English speakers and experienced SEO specialists. We sit down with our clients to assist them in development targets to meet their needs and compete more effectively in the Middle East market.

STEP 4: QA CHECK

If testing services are quested, our QA team will carry out tests and fix any issues before delivering the files to our client. Our in-house translation memory and terminology database developed specifically for our client is updated accordingly.
